  1. Request RMA: Email Support@liftworks.shop with order #, product details, reason, photos within 30 days

  2. Approval: Receive RMA # (1-2 business days)

  3. Pack Securely: Use original box/packaging. Label clearly with RMA #. Include all accessories

  4. Ship Back: Use provided prepaid label (defective/wrong order) or Customer-paid freight (change of mind). Ship to: Liftworks Inc., 800 Uline Wy, Allentown, PA 18195, USA

  5. Inspection: 3-5 business days upon receipt
