We stand behind every shipment from our Allentown, PA distribution center. Review details below for seamless processing.
30 Days from delivery date for all standard stock items
Custom/special-order lifts (e.g., non-standard BendPak configurations): Non-returnable once production starts
Contact Sales@liftworks.shop to confirm eligibility before returning
Returns accepted if:
New, unused condition with no signs of installation, mounting, or operation
Original packaging intact including all manuals, accessories, hardware, and warranty cards
Resalable appearance—no damage, rust, or modifications
Complete set with all components (e.g., adapters, power units, anchors)

BendPak XPR-10AS 2-post: Returnable if arms never extended
QuickJack BL-7000EXT portable: Pads/seals unbroken
PL-12KX 4-post runways: No tire marks on platforms
Installed, tested, or mounted lifts
Electrical components opened (controls, VFDs)
Cut-to-order cables/hoses
Hazardous materials or fluids
Final-sale items marked at checkout (rare)
Request RMA: Email Support@liftworks.shop with order #, product details, reason, photos within 30 days
Approval: Receive RMA # (1-2 business days)
Pack Securely: Use original box/packaging. Label clearly with RMA #. Include all accessories
Ship Back: Use provided prepaid label (defective/wrong order) or Customer-paid freight (change of mind). Ship to: Liftworks Inc., 800 Uline Wy, Allentown, PA 18195, USA
Inspection: 3-5 business days upon receipt

Manufacturer warranties (BendPak lifetime structural frame) separate—contact contact@liftworks.shop for claims. Returns cover buyer's remorse; warranties cover defects post-install.
Pre-Shipment: Free within 24 hours. 10% fee after 24 hours but before processing
