Liftworks Inc. ships automotive lifts nationwide to U.S. residents only (continental USA) from our 80,000 sq ft distribution center at 800 Uline Wy, Allentown, PA 18195. We offer two freight options for all collections—4-post parking lifts, 2-post service lifts, portable car lifts, and scissor lifts. No international shipping.

Standard LTL freight to commercial address/business dock. Palletized drop (forklift required). One delivery attempt.
Standard Shipping - 2-5 Business Days - $99
Priority lanes + liftgate service for residential/commercial delivery. Includes 2nd attempt, limited access areas.
Business days exclude weekends/holidays. Transit times calculated from Allentown, PA hub.
Orders placed Monday-Friday process within 1-2 business days. Stock items (BendPak XPR-series, QuickJack portables) ship 24-48 hours. Special-order lifts require 5-10 days lead time (noted at checkout). Total delivery: Free Shipping 6-9 days, Standard 3-7 days. Real-time tracking emailed from Support@liftworks.shop.
Free Shipping includes: Delivery to business/commercial dock during business hours, palletized drop requiring forklift unloading, single delivery attempt (reschedule fees apply).
Standard Shipping ($99) adds: Residential delivery to garage/driveway, liftgate service (no forklift needed), limited access delivery (narrow gates, apartments), second delivery attempt included.
At delivery: Inspect exterior packaging BEFORE signing Bill of Lading. Note any damage on driver paperwork ("Damaged corner", "Dent on crate", "Crushed pallet"). Refuse severely damaged shipments. Take photos of pallet, box, and contents for claims. Signed "clean" Bill of Lading means accepted condition—claims will be denied without notation.
No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or unconfirmed locations. Non-commercial/rural addresses require $99 Standard Shipping upgrade. Address changes after label creation incur $50 fee.
Orders of 2+ lifts require scheduled appointments—call +1 (970) 456-1957 to coordinate. Full truckload shipments (10+ lifts) receive custom quotes via Sales@liftworks.shop. White-glove installation services available through partners ($500-1500 depending on lift type).
Tracking numbers emailed 24 hours after shipment. Live updates available through freight carrier portals. Delivery questions directed to Support@liftworks.shop. Delays due to weather, carrier volume, or rural routing beyond our control.
Note damage on Bill of Lading at delivery. Email photos to Support@liftworks.shop within 24 hours. We assist filing carrier claims. Replacement units ship express at our cost. Concealed damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
