Welcome to Liftworks Inc. ("Liftworks," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (liftworks.com), services, and products, including automotive lifts and related equipment. By accessing our site, placing an order, or using our services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

2. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Liftworks. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for pricing errors.
Payment: Accepted methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and financing options. Full payment is required before shipment. Title transfers upon payment clearance.
Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Products ship via freight carriers with white-glove options available. Delivery times are estimates; delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are not our liability.
Freight Inspection: Inspect shipments upon arrival before signing. Note damage on Bill of Lading. Refuse damaged goods and contact Support@liftworks.shop immediately.
Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns: Custom or special-order lifts (e.g., BendPak configurations) are non-returnable. Standard items returnable within 30 days if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. 25% restocking fee applies.
Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs non-refundable.
Cancellations: Orders cancelable before shipment. Email Sales@liftworks.shop.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products carry manufacturer warranties (e.g., BendPak lifetime structural). Contact contact@liftworks.shop to facilitate claims.
AS-IS Disclaimer: Site and products provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price. No consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

6. Product Safety and Compliance

Automotive lifts must be installed by certified technicians per ALI/ETLU standards. Improper installation voids warranties and creates safety risks.
Customer assumes all risks for site preparation (e.g., 4-inch concrete slab, 220V power).

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, logos, and product images are our property or licensed to us. No reproduction without written consent.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Disputes resolved in Lehigh County courts. Binding arbitration available under AAA rules for claims under $10,000.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
